Shifu Stan TaborMr. Tabor began training in martial arts in 1972 and has been instructing students for over twenty years. In that time, he has produced many successful competitors who have earned numerous gold medals. At the 1999 Kuo Shu Internationals, an international tournament in Baltimore, MD, his students received the 'Team Trophy' award for winning the most gold medals during that year's competition. He also has won gold medals in several competitions, most notably during a trip to China in 1999. Mr. Tabor continues to promote traditional Chinese martial arts and has had some of his own students certified as instructors, thereby ensuring that the Mantis Kung Fu system will continue to grow. |

Simu AkikoAkiko has a degree in early Childhood Education and teaches our children ages four to six years old. Akiko has practiced at the Mantis Kung Fu Institute since 1999. |

Sihing A. WongA. Wong is an instructor and holds a Second Degree Black Belt in Mantis Kung Fu. He began studying martial arts in 2000 and became a full time professional student of Shifu Tabor’s in 2003. He is the Institute’s Program Director and also teaches our Basic Programs. |

Roy MoyRoy is a Tai Chi Instructor. He began studying martial arts in 1980 and began studying Tai Chi at the Mantis Kung Fu Tai Chi Institute in 1999. |
